It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Peter Zohar, with his daughter by his side, on Friday, January 24, 2014 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Anja. Loving father of Tamara. Dear brother of Stofi (Inge) and the late Jelka and Mary. Peter will be missed by his nieces, nephews and extended family in both Canada and Slovenia. Friends may pay respects at the

On behalf of the retirees of the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, I extend condolences and best wishes to the family of Peter Zohar. I knew Peter well. He attended our retirees dinner from its inception in 1988, to 2013, a perfect attendance record of 26 years. He enjoyed meeting every year with all his friends and former co-workers. And we all enjoyed meeting him again. I believe that he has gone to a better place.
