Hi Folks,

This is Steve Singleton, Alvin Singleton's son, Charlie Singleton's grandson. I just learned of your great loss...I am so sorry for you. But if he was like this side of the Singleton family, I know he is happy in Heaven with all of our kinfolks. My Dad, Alvin William Singleton, died 26 years ago. He used to take me out to see Peyton when I was a kid. I think I was in my early teens the last time I saw Peyton. I am now 63 years young. I never knew whether, Elizabeth Johnson Singleton was my great grandmother. It was always something no one discussed. Did Edgar remarry? I have no information on Charlie, except what little my grandmother Francis Singleton left me. I would love to reconnect with you folks. I have a Son, William "Hunter" Singleton who is 26 and lives in Jackson Hole, WY. I am married to Susie Singleton and we live in the town of Bedford. My email address is: [email protected].

Again, you folks are in my prayers. It is amazing how much Peyton looked like Charlie.

Sincerely,

Steve

Such a special man, a real gentleman that will truly be missed by so many, I know he meant so much to my mother, Mary Frances Singleton Brandt. I remember with fondness all the good times we had together while at Uncle Peyton's and Frances' along with being with my cousins. With love and much sympathy, Linda and David
