Philip Forti Obituary
Phil is preceded in death by his father Felipe De Jesus Forti, his mother Natividad Forti ,his sister Dolores ( Lola) forti and his mother in law Ruth Leach.
He is survived by his wife Pam Forti, Daughter and son in-law Robin and James Jennings, Son and daughter in-law Philip and Rachael Forti, Father in-law Phil Leach, Grand daughters Regan and Ryann Jennings, Mia and Hannah Forti. Brother and sister in-law Rudy and Bobbie Jean Forti. In-laws Cyndi and Bobby Crowell, Scott and Sarah Leach, Gary Lasswell Leach. Nieces and nephews
