Philip INGRAM Obituary
March 12, 1948 - May 22, 2013
With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Philip Christopher Ingram, age 65.
Phil was born the second of five children in St. Paul, Alberta to Arnett and Gladys Ingram. Survived by his loving wife Candace Ingram (nee Fenton); son Casey Ingram; daughter Haley Pacaud (Phil); stepchildren Kyla (Mike); Joel (Kim). Phil was adored by his grandchildren Carley, Teagan, Chelsea Ingram; Charley and Caden Pacaud; Matt, Cassy, Riley, J'Lyn, Aydan, Mason and Emily. He is lovingly remembered by his brothers Arnett (Joyce); Dana (Darlene) and sister Karen (Todd); numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, loving pet Luna and extended family through Candace Ingram (nee Fenton).
Predeceased by his parents and brother Kim.
Our family wishes to thank the compassionate doctors and nurses at St. Josephs and Royal Jubilee Hospitals.
A Celebration of Phil's life will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at the Oyster Bay Resort, 4357 South Island Hwy, Campbell River at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.

HELLO ALL:
Phil was the brother I never had and it is with great regret that we did not stay in touch as our lives evolved. I never lost the conviction Thad I could call Phil for support if needed. He was always my best friend sand a part of the family. there was a night when I was attending university and staying with my Parents when there was a knock at the back door at a very late hour. My mon answered to see this large individual in the dark who said Hi Mom it's Phil. Phil and I spent the rest of the night in the back yard catching up on years missed, but our friendship was always strong.
I miss the fact that he his no longer there because I know what a great person we have lost.

Karen spoke so often of brother Phil. I felt I knew him well, but only actually met a couple of time. Karen: Both Bill and I send our thoughts to you and the family. I know your heart is breaking. But think of the big party above us. Phil's huge inflence in your life helped shape you to who you are today.

I knew Phil when we both lived on 117th St. in Edmonton. I moved away when I was 10yrs. old but we met up again when we went to High School.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Phil's passing. We regret not being able to spend time with him in his later years. Have many fond memories growing up in the same neighbourhood and hanging out with Phil and Dana.

RIP my Friend, you will be missed and fondly remembered by all who knew you. I'm so glad we had a fabulous visit a few weeks ago, one I will never forget and on a beautiful Island we both love. My condolences to the Ingram/Fenton families and especially to my friend, your beautiful sister Karen and her baby girls. Until we ride again!

Oh ya - he is up in heaven, would love to be the fly on that cloud. One heck of a reunion. I will miss his laugh and smile - he lit up the room. He was such a presence - always new he was in the room. Sorry to Karen and Family - my heart goes out to you in this time. Just remember - you will see him again and all will be well.

I may have met Phil as a young friend of Karen's growing up in the neighbourhood. And I do recall how protective her brothers were of their younger sister. My deepest condolences Karen. Thinking of you at this difficult time.

I never had the privilege of meeting Phil, but I can only imagine what a wonderful person he was. By hearing stories of him and knowing his sister Karen, I would say he is a very very special man.
