My cousin Phil (Rocky) had a smile that would light up a room, a distinct and lively laugh, as well as gorgeous, brilliant blue eyes! He had a loving nature and a big heart! Nothing in life meant more to him than his family. He will be sorely missed. But, we must all take comfort in knowing that he is reunited with his dad and they are in the presence and the comfort of the Lord!
