I just today (2-20-17) found out about Mrs. Perry's death. She was a delightful lady and certainly a "lady" in every sense of the word. I always enjoyed my visits with her and so appreciate her support of animal causes. I shall never forget that I took her to lunch at the Melrose Hotel on 9-11-2001. May she Rest in Peace.

I did not know Pheobe that long but she gave me the honor to come into her home and walk her little dog honey. The little time I did know her made an impact on my life. She will be greatly missed.
