Phyllis J. Garvey

Phyllis J. (McLaughlin) Garvey, of Braintree died on October 11, 2016, surrounded by her family and friends. Beloved wife of the late Richard T. Garvey of Braintree. Loving mother of Thomas Garvey and his wife Ruth of Braintree and Ross Garvey and his wife Kari of Mendon. Cherished grandmother of Maria and Katherine Garvey of Braintree and Hannah Flis and Patrick Garvey both of Mendon. Phyllis was born in Boston and grew up in Dorchester. She was a self employed Automobile dealer for many years before retiring. Phyllis loved her family who were the cornerstone of her life. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known and loved her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral Mass on Thursday October 20, 2016 at 10a.m. in Saint Francis of Assisi Church, Washington Street, Braintree.
