On Tuesday, July 25, 2017, age 76, of Mars, formerly of Pleasant Hills, wife of the late Richard A. Ridenour; mother of Nicole Kolson (Todd) of Mars and Amy Levin (Tom) of Rohnert Park, CA; grandmother of Kamryn, Kennedy, Hannah, Lauren, Aubrey and Kaylee; and sister of Kim Little of Westerville, Ohio. Born in Wheeling, W.VA, on December 15, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Ray Montgomery Krumme and Ruth Ann Winter Krumme Little. Phyllis had been a school teacher for the Ohio Public Schools and most recently was a preschool teacher in Bethel Park. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Cranberry Twp. Friends are invited to a Memorial Service at Hope Lutheran Church, 8070 Rowan Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066 on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. The Rev. Robert Gago will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the MCDONALD- AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, INC., 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, PA and condolences are available at :

Phyllis & I were old friends from Wheeling Island. Went to Madison School together. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My sympathy & prayers for her family. She was a sweet girl.

Many years ago I met Phyllis and Richard in a business context, and over the years they became wonderful clients. I will miss the many conversations I've had with Phyllis, initially about business matters, but regularly wandering into general personal discussions. While not as much as for Phyllis' family, her passing leaves a hole in my world. To her family as a proxy, I thank Phyllis for the trust and friendship she showed me. Godspeed Phyllis.
