Leslie Davis
March 26, 2025
My name is Leslie Davis and I was one of the caregivers that care for him until his passing. Mr. Willis used to give me thumbs up and smile at me throughout my shift. He would sometimes talk briefly about God with me. We would sometimes have an conversation that last over 30 minutes. He would laugh with me and I enjoyed making him smile and laugh. Even though my employment with him was brief, he was a very special, man/client. I will cherish and remember him.

My memory of Grandpa was I loved going to visit him and Minnie we would have fun playing at his house. I also remember he brought my sisters and I t-shirts with our names on them that was my favorite shirt. I will always cherish the time we had with him. I love you,
Grandpa!

How I remember Grandpa is a tough and strong man who pulled up to our house joking and clowning and reaching into his pocket to give his granddaughters money for penny candies or the ice cream truck. Loved when he visited bc he was a bright spot. Long live the Willis´! Thank you Cousin Derrick for looking out for our grandfather and anyone else who assisted...you are appreciated!
