I was saddened to hear of Rene´s passing. I´m so sorry Laney for your loss. My sincere condolences to you and to all who will dearly miss him.

Rene was the first person to welcome Al and I to Tower Lakes. He told us if we needed anything to just ask him. The day we left he came over to say goodbye and gave us a hug. Rene was very kind to us and we will always remember his generosity.

Renes since of humor!! In Biddeford, I was getting out of my sister's car as the front passenger. Rene was getting out behind me at the same time. I was looking forward and slammed by door really hard. There was a blood curdling scream behind me. I looked back and Rene was in agony and it looked like 2 fingers gone, bent out of side. I almost threw up. I thought I chopped off his fingers. I looked at his face and saw that twinkle in his eyes and smiling. To this day, I don't know if i should throw up or laugh thinking of that joke. You will be so missed Rene.
