On Thursday, May 12, 2016. Devoted wife of the late Jack Blustein. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Judy z"l & Baruch Taub, David, Gary, Norman & Rubina Blustein, and Sandy & Steven Klein. Adored and adoring Bubbie Renee to Shimon & Libby, Shmuel & Tova, Moshe & Nachama Taub, Naomi & Ephraim Halpert, Gitty & Yitzchak Glatstein, Jeremy & Lauren, Aaron, Alexa, Casey, Jamie, Seth and Dayna Blustein, Ashley & Ilan Mints, Franny & Mitch Freed, Jordi and Joey Klein. Cherished Alta Bubbie to over 30 great and great-great-grandchildren. Last surviving sibling of Helen & Joel, Fred & Ruth, David & Faith, Earl and Min, and beloved matriarch and very special Auntie Renee to many in both the Grossman and Blustein families. Renee was a one-of-a-kind person, a cherished friend adored by everyone she met. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Services were held at Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel on Friday, May 13 at 12:30 p.m. Interment at Pardes Shalom Cemetery, Beth Avraham Joseph Section. Shiva 79 Ava Crescent, Richmond Hill. Shiva visits from Sunday, morning services at 8:45 a.m., and Monday thru Thursday at 7:45 a.m., evening services at 7:00 p.m., no shiva visits between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Shiva visits conclude nightly at 9:00 p.m.Shiva will conclude Thursday morning May 19. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
