My deepest sympathy for the Fresco family. I worked with Rich when he first joined IBEW 103. We worked a few jobs together and he was a wonderful tradesman and co worker. Always smiling.

Thank you for your friendship and sharing so many stories about your life and your family with me. Through your own loss when Linda died, we have shared a lot of celebrations and sorrows.
