Richard Greger Obituary
Dick graduated from Northeast High School in 1947. He was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran and was employed with Bell Telephone Co. for over 30 years, retiring in 1985. Dick¹s retirement years were filled with fun times with the many friends he had, fond memories with family and lots of fishing! He also busied himself with volunteer work as a member of the Verga VFW and the Garrison of National Park.
Dick is survived by his wife, Catherine (nee Smith), three daughters: Karen Finn (Ted) of West Springfield, PA, Diane Ward (Art) of Bensalem, PA, and Christine Gill (Scott) of Phila., PA and one son, Richard J. Greger (Valerie) of Phila., PA. Brother of Marge Cercoply, of Charleston, SC. and the late Anna Magda and George Greger.
More than anything else, Dick “Pop-Pop” loved spending time with his grandchildren: Teddy, Brian, Danny, Katie, Kelly, Jake, Maxx, Scotty, Jenna and Tim. He will be sadly missed and his memory will be preserved in our hearts forever.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing Saturday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at BOUCHER FUNERAL HOME, 1757 Delsea Drive, Deptford, NJ.
Interment at Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Verga VFW Post No. 2175, 1199 Hessian Ave., Verga, NJ 08093.

my deepest sympathy goes out to dicks family,i got to know dick while i coached basketball ln town,and he made me a wonderful clock which i gave my father as a gift...he will be missed..god bless
