Richard A. "Snoball" Stobaugh, 34, of Speers Hill, Charleroi, died suddenly on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004, in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born in New Eagle on Oct. 29, 1970. He had resided in Speers Hill for the past eight years. Mr. Stobaugh was a production manager for Mobile Concepts of Mt. Pleasant and, along with his wife, owned and operated Snoballs Hairballs in Lower Speers. A loving husband and father, he is survived by his wife of seven years, Nina Semkiw Stobaugh; his father, Richard E. Stobaugh and wife Gina, and his mother, Jo Ann Douglas and husband John, all of Monongahela; and one son and daughter, Paul Lorenz and Lexis Stobaugh, both at home. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 5 p.m. in the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC. and CREMATION SERVICE, (724-929-5300), a Golden Rule Member Firm, 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon. A blessing service will be in the funeral home on Tuesday at 5 p.m. with the Rev. Joseph Feltz, pastor of St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church of Monongahela, officiating.
