RED CREEK - Robert L. Capron, 57, of Red Creek, passed away unexpectedly at home Saturday.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, at the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home (March 16), from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 2:00. Burial will take place at South Side cemetery in Red Creek immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Lakeshore Ambulance, 5841 New Hartford Street, Wolcott, NY 14590.
He was born in Lyons, the son of the late Cheston Capron and Mary Conlin Capron. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to deer hunt and fish.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife Clarissa L. Capron; one daughter, Tammy (Corey) Capron of Red Creek; two sons, Robert Capron Jr. of Red Creek, and Caleb Capron of Red Creek; four brothers, Arthur (April) Capron of Red Creek, Richard (Carol) Capron of Red Creek, William Capron of Red Creek and Harold Capron of Red Creek; one sister, Mary Ann (Ross) Terwilliger of Red Creek; three grandchildren, Emily, Hunter and Mason; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Robert was predeceased by three sisters, Linda Townley, Robin Dubois and Dorothy Laird.
