We knew Bob through Rotary, but more importantly through the many evenings we spent playing bridge with both Bob and Anne. Bob was a force to be reckoned with in bridge. Also, through the many Rotary wine events where his knowledge of wines was very large. He will be missed! Our condolences to the whole family.

Bob was a stellar lawyer and a tireless public power advocate. Also a first class raconteur. He made sure all of the attendees at the last APPA national conference in Phoenix had a bottle of Arizona wine in their welcome bags. He will be greatly missed.

Bob was a force of nature and a stellar lawyer. He dedicated countless hours to advocacy for public power. He was also a raconteur without peer. I will miss him.

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work closely with Bob through APPA activities for more than 25 years. I learned so much from him and have so many fond memories of time spent with him in meetings and social settings. It was clear to all who knew him professionally how important his family was to him and how proud he was of his family. My condolences. Bob's legacy of fighting for public power is lasting. I will miss him a great deal.

I know we will all miss Bob professionally for all his tremendous knowledge and experience on power and Colorado River issues, but I also know we will miss him as a great friend to many of us who enjoyed having meals with him (and his extraordinary knowledge of wine) and visiting with him on calls and at water conferences...he was a great man and we are all thankful to have known him as a friend and just a wonderful person. Rest in Peace Bob.
