Robert Ragot Obituary
Robert Louis Ragot, Jr., age 54, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018. He was the husband of Mary-Lynn Jeppi Ragot; loving father of Anne Marie "Annie" Ragot and Robert Louis Ragot, III; beloved son of Robert Louis Ragot, Sr. and Santa Mary (nee Colatriano) Ragot and cherished brother of Marianne Ragot Danko and her husband Steven. In 2013, Bob founded and was currently the CEO of Genomics, Inc., a company that provides high throughput sample management and Bioinformatic analysis for DNA based technologies to hundreds of clinicians nationally. Genomics, Inc. processes and analyzes DNA specimens to determine dosage and effectiveness of commonly prescribed drugs enabling doctors and hospitals to facilitate better treatment for patients. Bob was also a nationally recognized medical professional, and had been involved in the development and implementation of cutting edge technologies in the Cardiac, Cardiology and Pharmaceutical communities for twenty-three years, and was well respected by cardiac surgeons in the Delaware, Maryland, DC and Virginia areas. Bob graduated with a BS from Townson University in 1988, and started his career in sales and operational implementation of advanced cardiac surgical equipment. Receiving of family and friends will be at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (Beltway exit 26) on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Private Interment
