(Seneca, SC) - Robert William Scull, 89, husband of Josephine Mary Scull of 752 Lynnhaven Drive, Seneca, SC, died Monday, March 24, 2008 at his residence. A native of Carbondale, PA and former resident of North Tonawanda, NY, Mr. Scull was the son of the late Frederick and Doris Colburn Scull. He was a retired electrical engineer for Dupont Chemical Company and a US Army Veteran of WWII.In addition to his wife, Mr. Sculll is survived by sons, Douglas Scull, San Marcos, CA, Ronald Scull, Murfreesboro, TN, Dennis Scull, North Tonawanda, NY, Joseph Celeste, Los Angeles, CA, David Celeste, North Tonawanda, NY, William Byers, Hopkins, SC; daughter, Sheryl Scull, North Tonawanda, NY; brother, William Scull, Binghamton, NY; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.No local services are planned. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to OMH Hospice of The Foothills Foundation, 390 Keowee School Road, Seneca, SC 29672 or to American Heart Association, American Heart Association National Center, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.davenportfuneralhome.com. Davenport Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
