July 22, 1919 – Aug. 11, 2011
Robert was born in Great Bend, Kansas, graduated from Glasco, Kansas High School where he met Margaret Ann McCollough. They were married Dec. 24, 1939. He worked for Boeing Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas before joining the Navy in 1942. He served on the Aircraft Carrier USS Cabot in the Pacific during WWII. He was discharged in California where he worked as a cement mason, mostly in the Sacramento Area for Gannon and Brophy, then Teichert until his retirement. They moved to Shingle Springs, then Phoenix, and finally back to Rocklin.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Margaret Ann in January of 2011. He is survived by his daughters Judy Adrian (Bill), Karen Rose (Steve), Teri Radabaugh (Dennis), five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 11am Wednesday, August 17 at Mount Vernon memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, California with a reception to follow at Whitney Oaks – The Gables, 2801 Springfield Dr, Rocklin.

If you would like to make a donation for our father, the Odessey Hospice group were wonderful during the difficult time of our fathers passing. They made everything better from the medications to his final moments. Any Hospice donation would be appriciated.

Daddy you will be greatly misssed!!! It was a pleasure to have you living with us over the last few months and I enjoyed the special times that we had. You are now with God and Mom and family and friends, rejoycing together again. I know that your love will always be with me.
