First memory ... when his son Bob married my sister Rita . Their whole family traveled up from Pennsylvania . They drove . They brought the whole gang . His warm smile and genuine appreciation and happiness for being at a special gathering . One could tell how proud he was for his son and also the love that he witnessed that his son had for the woman that he was going to share his life with . His ,kindness , gentle being , love and integrity shined brightly . We are grateful that these two families came together . We are grateful for Robert , the family that him and Alice built together and mostly , grateful for sharing their amazing , talented , loving son who carries on all that he was taught and raised with putting their family at the highest priority . You are missed Robert . An amazing privilege and blessing that you touched all of our lives with . We also miss Alice . Her unconditional love and smile . She was so proud of her Bobby (as I believe she may have been the only one to call Bob that name ) .xo

So very sorry to hear. Mr. Zabielski was a great man to all us kids in the neighborhood and one of the people that always showed the right example to us.

Aunt Alice, Mary, Ellen, Rich, Bob, Tom, and Regis, we are so sorry for the loss of Uncle Robert. He was Sue's Godfather as well..his assignment apparently was the Feb. 10 birthdays in the family.
We have so many happy memories together with all of you. You are in our prayers with love,
Tom and Sue Shannon

Not just the greatest Godfather a guy could ever ask for, but simply one of the finest souls I will ever cross paths with. I loved him from the bottom of my heart.
So thankful we had him in our lives as long as we did. So sorry for your loss Aunt Alice and my cousins and his many grandchildren... my heart and prayers are with you.
God rest your soul, Uncle Rob, my dear FUG.
