Roger Goodrow Obituary
Roger passed away on 2/2/25 at his Ocala, FL home, surrounded by loving family. He was 81 years old. Roger served in the US Army and worked as an engineer at Ozram Sylvania for most of his working years. Later in life, Roger attended the police academy and pursued a job at a maximum security prison in Florida which he truly enjoyed. Family time and the great outdoors came hand in hand in Roger's life. He enjoyed fishing, camping, the beach, the Red Sox, buffalo wings, casinos and vacations along with the peace and quiet of his log cabin in Skowhegan, ME. Roger leaves behind Louise Goodrow, his loving and caring wife, along with 4 children, Marianne Goodrow of Lawrence, MA; Daniel Goodrow of Skowhegan, ME; Jason Walsh of Ocala, FL; and Susan Breidenbach and her husband Gordon Breidenbach of Kennebunk, ME. Roger adored his granddaughter, Hannah Haskell and his great grandchildren, Brodie Croteau and Shelby Corson, also from Kennebunk, ME. In addition, Roger leaves behind two sisters, Claire DiLeo and her husband Richard DiLeo of Danvers, MA and Joy Fallis of Lynn, MA, along with many neices, newphews and cousins. A celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2025.
