My life has truly been blessed by having the opportunity to work for Ron back in the mid '80s. He was always a gentleman and his quiet humor still makes me smile. I have fond memories of telling Ron the story of my first hunting trip. He immediately asked me to warn him the next time I went so he could be on the other side of the state! Now he can watch out for me from above and not worry about any stray bullets. To this day, I have a chair at my desk that he awarded me upon his retirement. The chair has evoked many questions and I have always told people a very special person gave it to me. His picture is now posted next to the chair. I wish you all the best and hope happy memories bring a smile like they have done for me.

We are so sorry for your loss. We only learned of your dad's passing after the first of the year. So many happy memories came back - vitamins on marshmellows, golfing, bowling, square dancing, clam digging, pinochle, family times we spent. I picture him laughing with my dad now and watching over us. Our hearts are with you.

Dear Karen & Rance, I will always have fond memories of Ron both personal and professional. He was a dear friend of my Father and Mother, Lloyd and Margaret Baker and I often visited with him at bowling. I also had the pleasure to work in his organization at Boeing. He was always someone I looked to as an example of what I considered the best. My heartfelt simpathy to you and your families at this time.

Dear Rance, Karen and Family,
I was saddened to hear of Ron's passing. I was fortunate to have many fine teachers and mentors during my 32 years at Boeing. But only a few people really molded my professional foundation- Ron was one of those people. By example, and by coaching, Ron reinforced daily work ethic, personal and professional integrity, loyalty and high quality work at all times. He shared his knowledge of work and life to all who would listen- and if one listened one learned. I am grateful for the opportunity to have known and worked for Ron.
