Ronald T. Temple Secretary of Secaucus BOE and volunteer fireman, 79 Ronald T. Temple, 79, of Long Valley, N.J., passed away in Morristown, N.J., on July 16, 2015. Ronald was born on Jan. 18, 1936, in Jersey City, N.J., to Thomas and Rita (Heinsdorf) Temple. He was the secretary of the board of education in Secaucus, N.J., where he worked for 35 years, and a former exempt volunteer fireman of Hose Company No. 2, also in Secaucus. Ronald is survived by his wife, Patricia "Patty" (Wolf) Temple; a daughter, Rhonda L. Becker of Blairstown, N.J.; three sons, Ronald T. Temple Jr. of North Carolina, Randy A. Temple of Florida, and Rory A. Temple of Annandale, N.J.; 10 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, Kathleen Wojcik. Private services will be held under the direction of the Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Route 94, Blairstown, N.J. Donations may be made in Ronald's memory to the charity of your choice.
