Services for Roy Thomas Arnold, 69, of Longview, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2007, at Rader Funeral Home Chapel, 1617 Judson Road, with Dr. Pete Freeman officiating. Burial, with Masonic rites, will follow in Rosewood Park Cemetery. Mr. Thomas died Monday, February 12, 2007, in Longview. He was born December 16, 1937, in San Augustine, Texas, to John and Cammie Elliott Arnold. A resident of Longview for 51 years, Mr. Arnold was a retired installer for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. and was currently employed at Hagler Auto Sales of Longview. He was a member of the Baptist faith, a member of the Longview Masonic Lodge No. 404 and had served with the National Guard. Mr. Arnold was a member of the Touch of Class Corvette Club in Longview, for which he had served as vice president. He is survived by his wife, Nelda; daughters, Rhonda Keysor and husband, Steve, of Greenville, Texas, Donna Dunn of Hallsville, and Christi Jones and husband, Jimmy, of Hallsville; grandchildren, Alyssa and Thomas Keysor, Dalton, Jacey and Clint Dunn, Allison and Zane Lawrence and Laynie Jones; sister, Johnnie Britain of Longview; and niece and nephew, Doug Britain and Cheryl Tinsley. Memorial contributions may be made to the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, P.O. Box 190567, Dallas, TX 75219-0567. The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30 p.m. this evening, February 13, 2007, at Rader Funeral Home. A memorial guestbook may be signed at www.raderfh.com.
