My condolences to Roy's family on the loss of their husband, father and grandfather.

Roy always spoke of his family with great admiration. I knew Roy (known to me as Fred) from the Weather Chat room. I'm going to miss chatting with him. He was a true gentleman, and will be fondly remembered for his wit, humor, intellect, poetry and his kindness to others.

Keeping you in my prayers,

Louie

My dear Jean and family, Fred was a lover of words as I am. I truly enjoyed my conversations with him and I loved his poetry. He was an inspiration to eveyone who knew him. I met Fred in Myrtle Beach two years in a row and was looking forward to seeing him again this year. I know that Fred is in a good place with our other chat friends that we lost. He no longer is in pain and that makes my heart soar for joy for him. God Bless You Fred. I shall miss our talks. Hugs to You.

Fred, well guess ya made ya last roundup. Up there ya have gentler horses, cows that smell better and have decent temperment. There will nice pastures to ride and orchards to enjoy and the fruit is yours for the taking. Keep a watch for the native pecan trees like the ones from which I sent ya and Jean the pickings...Have a nice journey and keep da campfire burning and the coffee made. Miss ya bud...but we will meet again. Farewell....

Fred was a fair man, and always good to me right from the first time I ever met him. He was always quick witted, and fired off anything he could to those of us in chat, whenever we may have felt down or troubled, and had a good heart with which to listen to others.

As I am still in shock, I have many fond memories Roy. Roy helped me through many a hard time, and NEVER judged me or left me with out helping me come to tearms with any issue I might have had! He was a kind soul with a wonderful sense of humor! OK Roy, I will keep my promise to you! Thank you my dear friend, and enjoy Heaven!
