Roy A. Standridge

Roy was born on September 16, 1945 and passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2019. Roy was a resident of Oklahoma at the time of passing. He moved to Lindsay, Oklahoma his freshman year of high school, graduating in 1963. Mr. Standridge is survived by: His wife: Cindy of the home Sons: Scott Standridge and wife Shanna of Gillham, Arkansas Jay Standridge and wife Anna of Lindsay, Oklahoma Lee Standridge and wife Ashley of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania Jason Gruber and wife April of Moore, Oklahoma Brother: Jerry Standridge and wife Wanda of Amber, Oklahoma Sister: Charlotte McDowell of Mustang, Oklahoma 10 grandchildren: Allie, Jake, Rex, Garet, Ryan, Tate, Rhet, Knox, Kade Standridge and Colton Gruber Mr. Standridge was preceded in death by: Parents: Houston and Edna Standridge Brother: Jim Standridge Brother in Law: Raymond McDowell Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 11, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Lindsay, Oklahoma with nephew Rev. Tim Russell officiating. Interment will be in the Greenhill Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm. The family requests memorials be made to Oklahoma Baptist Children's Home, 16301 S Western Avenue, Oklahoma City OK 73170.
