DONAHUE, Russell E. Russell E. Donahue age 56 of Fairfield passed away Tuesday September 4, 2007 at his residence. He was born October 26, 1950 in Middletown, Ohio the son of the late Everett and Wilma (nee Downing) Donahue. Mr. Donahue was a 1968 graduate of Hamilton Taft High School and worked as warehouse manager at Ricking Paper Company for nearly twenty years. He was a very active person who enjoyed playing basketball, golf and bike riding. Mr. Donahue is survived by two daughters, Christina (Rich) Toumberlin and Rebecca (Eric) Armstrong; four grandchildren, Matthew, Chelsey, Elizabeth, and Cheyenna; three brothers, Jonathon (Sharon) Donahue, Charlie Donahue, and Brian Donahue; and a half-sister, Lynda (Mike) Altman. Mr. Donahue was also preceded in death by his sister, Mary Scott, and his brother, Dan Donahue. Visitation at the Fairfield Church of God, 6001 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, Saturday September 8, 2007 from 2:00 PM until the time of the memorial service at 3:00 PM, with Pastor Darryl McCoy, officiating. Russ was a great friend of me and my dad. We have been golfing together for years and we just went golfing 2 weeks ago. He had a great time and really enjoyed life. I will miss him very much. My prayer's go out to his family during this difficult time. He will be missed by all. We love you Russ

I was very shocked to pick up the paper and find that Russ had died. My prayers go out to his family. I worked with Russ and his daughters years ago at U-save foods. I really loved working for Russ and working with Becky and Chris. I'm so sorry for your loss. He was not only a Boss he was my friend. May God Bless you through this difficult time.......
