Stack, Ruth H. August 11th, 1927 - January 25th, 2012. Boca Raton, Florida. Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Walter O. Stack "Bud" and their children, Scott, Debra, Mari, Tamara & Rebecca, and their grandchildren, Natalie, Gabe (Mike), Raymond, Reed, Gabriella and Julian. Ruth graduated from nursing school in Chicago, IL, and was employed as a CEO for NAEHCA for over fifteen years. Ruth had an amazing life, and was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. She traveled the world with her husband, and was the world to many. She is greatly missed, and was laid to rest in Florida, where she resided for the last 27 years. Her memorial was in Florida. Her spirit lives every day in the heart of those who knew her. We love you Mom.
