Scott was born on June 2, 1953 and passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016. Scott was a resident of Fredericksburg, Virginia at the time of his passing. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday March 31 at Quantico National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Stafford County Lions Club PO Box 2526 Stafford VA 22555.

I'm saddened to learn of Scott's passing. Besides being one of my fun fifth graders at Woodcliff School, as was Kirk, I remember them being wonderful swimmers. Great memories! My sincere sympathy to you all.
