Loving brother of James (Eileen), Mary Kate and Erin Dowling and uncle of Colin, Kyle and Ali Dowling. Relatives and friends will be received Thurs., Sept. 21, 2017 after 5:00 P.M. until time of his Funeral Mass at 7:00 P.M. in Nativity Of Our Lord Church, 625 W. Street Rd., Warminster. Int. private. Donations to NAMI PA, Philadelphia Northeast, 520 N. Delaware Ave., 7th Fl., Phila., PA 19123, in memory of Sean.
