Sean Rankin Obituary
Sean Michael Rankin went to heaven on July 23, 2014.
Sean was born May 16, 1981 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Jani M Rankin. Sean was a good and loving father, son, grandson, and friend to all. He was full of love, life and positive energy with his infectious smile and great wit. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his mother Jani, children Joshua and Chelsea, grandmother Frances.
Graveside services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 375 North Cedar Ave. (1060 E).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making donations to any Mountain America Credit Union to the Memorial Fund of Chelsea and Joshua Rankin.

I met Sean at the Farmington Burger King. He and I had a number of conversations. We often spoke of God, Jesus and their love for us. Today I stopped at the Burger King and thought of Sean.

Sean was a wonderful young man who cared so deeply about his children. He often spoke of the gifts he bought for them, where he took them on days off, etc. He and I also talked much about having a personal relationship with God. A book I was reading sparked his interest and we spent a number of days discussing the Lord, heaven and more at the Burger King in Farmington. I was shocked and saddened by his sudden passing; I stopped by the store today and heard the news. My sincerest condolences to his mom, grandmother and children. Lord bless you all.
