Sebastian Anthony (Tony) Padilla, passed away on June 28, 2017 in Omaha, Ne at the age of 57. Tony was preceded in death by his father Pedro (Pete) Padilla. Tony’s mother, Amalia Padilla survives along with his loving children, Joseph, Cassidy, and Samantha and the mother of his children Jean Padilla. He was surrounded by his brothers and sisters, Al, Judy, Gloria, Rudy, John, Dan, Isabel and Veronica, including many nieces and nephews.
Tony was a jack of all trades; in his spare time he would restore cars. He achieved an associates in mechanics, electrical certification, pool and spa certification, and HVAC certification. Prior to his employment as a maintenance technician; he owned his own business Video Moments for 15 years. He enjoyed being with people and celebrating their life experiences videotaping weddings, birthdays and many other memorable moments. Tony could spark a conversation with anyone, tell a story and make others laugh. He will be missed.
Memorial services for Tony Padilla will be held at 10am, Friday, July 21, 2017 at Mary Our Queen Church. Burial will follow at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home and Cemetery. The family will greet friends proceeding burial at Mary Our Queen Church with a luncheon.
