Sharon Linkletter Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 17, 2022.
Our beloved Sharon Dawn Linkletter passed away peacefully on January 11, 2022 at Etobicoke General Hospital, just short of her 52nd birthday. Being a breast cancer survivor, Sharon battled liver disease attributed to her treatments. Small bites and scratches from her loved cat were more than her liver could handle, and in one short month, after fiercely fighting, she lost the battle and earned her angel wings.
Born in Summerside PEI, she most recently resided in Angus with her loving husband John Reid. Sharon is survived by her parents Ralph and Linda, children Jessica, Alexander and Hannah, and siblings Lori (McPhee), Byron, Roger and Marc. She is predeceased by her sister Lisa Lynn. Sharon also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be sadly missed by many in-laws, including her 'COVID-19 cohorts' Donna & Brian Gillett, with whom she spent most Saturdays evenings with.
A celebration of life is planned for the Summer of 2022.
