A beautiful light has too quickly and unexpectedly left our world. Shawn Larsen passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the age of 36. Shawn walked this earth with grace, humour, beauty, and creativity. She deeply touched those privileged enough to share her journey. For many years Shawn was a single mother, bearing the responsibility of two young boys solely on her shoulders and recently shared that responsibility with her loving partner, Bradley. Tiane and Noa Larsen, now 10 and 7 years old respectively, will face a world without their beautiful, caring, and fiercely loving mother. Shawn leaves behind her heartbroken family, her two amazing sons Tiane and Noa; partner Bradley Turner; her mother, Laura Boyd and her husband Frank; her father Brian Larsen and his wife Sarah; her sister Breanna Larsen and fiancée Damien Kelly; her brother Nathan Larsen and his partner Emily Newman; her other two siblings Georgina and Nick; her loving grandmother Vivi-Ann Meyer; her grandfather Clifford Larsen; as well as numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. A gathering will be held at Deane House (806 9 Avenue S.E. Calgary, AB) today at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
