Sherman Dewayne King went to be with the Lord suddenly on Friday August 18, 2017 after dealing with multiple health problems for several years.
He was born October 25, 1959 in Beckley, WV. He was the son of Sherman R. King and Margie E. King. Sherman went to Woodrow Wilson High School and was a general labor.
IN addition to his late mother and father he was preceded in death by his sister Cheryl King and a brother-in-law Michael W. Worley.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife Jennifer King, son Jason King, his wife Kim and their children and grandchildren, his daughter Stacy King and her fiancé Jonah Bowen, his sister Cynthia Worley, her son Michael Worley, wife Brittany, and children. His brother Kyle J. King, son Kyle R. King and daughter Gracie King, also a multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home 5251 Robert C Byrd Drive, Beckley on August 24, 2017 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Michael S. Worley officiating. Visitation for friends and family will be two hours prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.

i will miss him i was up there in june and he look good we sit and talk about this and he was ready to i said i was to but not today so in saying he will be miss i wiil call his num# this weekend to just here him sat he not at home god bless
