Her light continues on through the amazing children she raised and the countless lives she touched. I have the honor to know one of the selfless men she raised and can attest that her sacrifice to raise good men is a clear reflection of how her boys live their lives serving others and working hard.

Please accept my heart filled condolences. I did not know Shirley but do know one of the fine young men she raised. I feel and believe that her torch will continue to shine brightly through her legacy.

She was ready to move on, and told us so, several times - was so looking forward to being with her daughter Lizabeth, and many loved ones - ancestors she knew in this life, and the others she was excited to meet.
I'll always cherish and be glad that she is my Mother, a most powerful teacher in my life, and example of Faith, Devotion to a Vision of an Eternal Family. Every conversation and action seemed to include activities and updates about the family members.
My heart is full with love and gratitude, for her lifetime of service, and Many, untold sacrifices made in our behalf. Through good times and hard times, we always knew we were loved.

I love you Mommers! What a wonderful family you created and nurtured for so many years... almost beyond human capacity. Your love and willpower carried you through,
Your Devotion, Creativity, Independence, Loyalty, Caring, and belief in me, inspires me to reach above and beyond, and make the best of each day, despite any obstacles.
Rest in Peace, with God and our Heavenly Family.
You worked so hard for us, and earned Eternal Glory and Joy.
T'il we meet again in a Glorious Day,
we shall Carry On!
Love Always,
Cory
