Sandra L. "Sandy" Gregor, 74, passed away on June 4, 2016. There will be no services. Arrangements are by Shaffer Funeral Home/Sherwood Way.
Sandy was born on Oct. 14, 1941 in Bunkie, Louisiana. She married Richard Gregor on July 3, 1959 in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Morlon; sisters, Charlotte Jorgensen and Lorna Steward and husband Lyle of Le Grand, Iowa and her father, Robert Jorgensen of Junction City, Kansas.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Richard Gregor of San Angelo; daughter, Gwen Rougas and husband Tye and their children Kevin Rougas and wife Lindsey and their daughter Staci Rougas, all of College Station; son, Eric Gregor of Milford, Kansas and his three daughters, Brittnay Gregor, Laura Gregor and Kimberley Gregor, all of Omaha, Nebraska; brother, Donald Jorgensen of Waipahu, Hawaii and sister, Mary Grote and husband John Grote of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa.
The family extends their deepest appreciation to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Shannon Regional Cancer Center of San Angelo and most of all the nurses and staff of Hospice of San Angelo.
