I will always miss Steve. He was a great friend. Never a dull moment with Steve on a ghost hunt or volunteering at a historical location. The group was never the same without him.

I first met Steve in 1977 . He worked with my husband at Steel products. Larry invited him over one night and we all played Monopoly till wee hours in the night . Then a few years ago he brought his team of ghost hunters to our tattoo shop (La'Rox) and ghost hunted. That was a real trip.
Steve will be truly missed

I met Steve about 30 years ago through my brother Dan, who was a co-worker of Steve at ODOT. I went on a fishing trip with Steve, my brother Dan and a few other guys from ODOT over a Memorial Day weekend. It was during this trip that I soon realized how much fun he was to be around! His personality was as big as it gets! I only wish that I could have done more out tings with Steve. He was an awesome guy with a one of a kind personality! RIP Steve!

Not my memory, but my husband Tim tells this story to this day...the first time he met Steve, we were at a family gathering. When people were getting to leave, Steve said, They needed to leave, They left the kids outside. My husband (boyfriend at the time) was just about devastated as to what kind of family he was getting into!! Turns out...Steve and Michelle had goats (kids).
