Steven Puccio Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Dec. 8, 2016.
Steven M. Puccio, age 52, of Pueblo, CO., formerly of Dubuque, was called home suddenly at 11:50 a.m., on Thursday, December 8, 2016, at Parkview Medical Center, Pueblo. To celebrate Steve's life, family and friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 5th, 2016, at Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main Street. Steve was born on May 8, 1964, in Dubuque, son of Ronald and Sheila (Ryan) Puccio. Steve was born and raised in Dubuque, but would eventually venture into other areas of the country as life progressed. Some of his favorite activities included a day of fishing, an evening of listening to music, or even a fun weekend of camping with family and friends. Steve has been called home much too early, but we are surely joyful for the memories which remain from his 52 year journey here among us. Those left to cherish Steve's memory include his sisters, Rhonda (Mark) Wernimont, Kim Wieseler, Angel (Randy Wieseler) Puccio and Wendy (Howard Davis) Dole, all of Dubuque; he is also survived by one daughter and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great- nephews and cousins. Steve was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers-in-law, Kenneth Wieseler and Steve Dole. A Steven M. Puccio memorial fund has been established.
