Tad Gibson Obituary

Tad Grant Gibson, age 39, beloved son, crossed the veil August 15, 2004.


Born in American Fork to Clinton Grant and Donna Rae Gibson on December 21, 1964.


He is survived by his parents, his brother Val, two sisters Diann (Brendan) Bowen in Santaquin and Shuryne (Dan) Finley in Provo, and one great buddy Breeanna Gibson.


He will be missed by many nieces and nephews who he loved to play with.


He is welcomed to the other side by two brothers, Paul and Duane.


Tad will be remembered for his stories. Tad loved fishing and hiking in the mountains, he collected hats and steins from all over the world. He loved Indian Hoop Dancing and danced all over the US and won the nationals in New York and the Western 4 years straight.


He loved to build things. He had bad health but loved to work when he could. He will always be in our hearts.


A short family service will be held Thursday August 19, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. in the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State Street, Orem with graveside services to follow at 11:00 a.m. in Orem City Cemetery 1520 N. 800 E. Orem.


The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to Sundberg Olpin Mortuary and all the wonderful friends and neighbors.

My heart goes out to you during this time. The reminder of watching Tad doing his Indian dancing made me smile. He was awesome at that! He loved it and it showed! I hope you'll find comfort in the Lord during this time, knowing that he's home and feeling nothing but love.
