No words can express how you all are feeling right now. We knew her when she worked at Chili's for and as soon as we walked through the door, she would yell out our names, welcoming us! She always had some kind of story to tell and she always had us in stiches because of her mannerisms and facial expressions! She was one of a kind. God is cradling her in his arms and she is in Paradise. May you all find strength for each other during your time of need.
She was a beautiful person, inside and out.

My thoughts go out to Talia's family on the loss of not only Talia and her baby, but her grandmother as well. I had the pleasure of sharing an advisory class with her for the past few years. I knew her as a spirited, energetic young woman who truly cared about her students. As the school social worker, I have met many students these past few days and heard some fantastic stories about the kindness she showed them, even those she did not have in class. My last memory of her is the fact that she bought our advisory breakfast last Thursday because I told her how the students helped out each other with some computer tasks and she wanted to thank them. May she and her grandmother rest in peace.

You were the best teacher I've had. You didnt deserve to die. I wish you the best. I really miss you. I'm going to miss all the funny things you use to say to our class. How you used to vibe with everyone and how you kept everyone happy. I always looked forward to being in you class. I truly miss you.

Talia was a truly phenomenal teacher who always kept the pace fast and efficient. She could engage all of her students and she worked tirelessly after school to help each and every one to understand the science concepts she was teaching. It was truly an adventure to be a part of Talia's class that was full of "ah Hah" moments. Talia was fun and energetic and will be a hard if not impossible act to follow.
