Teresa Chatham Evans, 41, of Jonesboro, beloved wife and mother passed away Tuesday March 20, 2007 at NEA Medical Center. Born in Greenwood, Mississippi on September 6, 1965. She was a homemaker and a former Registered Nurse with St Bernards. She is a member of the Valley Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Vernon and Beatrice Warren; a sister and her husband, Judith and Tim Burford; paternal grandmother, Marian G. Evans; uncle, Herman Warren and cousin, Kenneth Warren. Survivors include her husband, Jeffrey Lee Evans of the home; two sons, Jacob Lee Evans and Alexander M. Evans and a daughter Olivia Erin Evans, all of Jonesboro; her mother and step-father, Allen and Hazel Warren Williams of Jonesboro; her father and step-mother, Charles and Vicky Chatham of Hattiesburg, MS; brother and his wife, Tommy and Barbara Chatham of Hernando, MS; step-brother, Allen Williams, Jr. and his wife Debbie of Abilene, TX; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, James and Hazel Brown of West Helena; aunts, Katie and Robert Curtiss of Brooksville, FL; Doris Warren of Yazoo City, MS and Sally Whatly of Port Allen, LA; uncle and his wife, Bill and Linda Warren of Gulfport, MS; sister-in-law, Peggy and Sam Conner of Manchester, TN; cousins, Chris and April Gullett of Jonesboro, Michael Mullins of Virginia, Rebecca Warren of Gautier, MS, Ronnie Warren of Yazoo City, MS, Criss Morgan of Port Allen, LA and Rebecca Lynn White of Georgia and her best friends, Paula Trotter of Jonesboro and Margaret Chambers of Spanish Fort, AL. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 23, at the Gregg Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro with Jacob Evans and Michael Broadaway officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, please send lasting memorials to St. Jude�s in Memphis.
