Theresa "Tracy" (D'Amato) Hennessy, 47, entered into eternal life on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at the National Institute of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. Born in Passaic, NJ, daughter of Matthew and Rita (Schramm) D'Amato, she grew up in Edison before settling in Flemington in 1994. Tracy was a graduate of Bishop George Ahr High School and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges where she taught CCD and attended bible study classes. Tracy was a Registered Nurse before choosing to be a stay at home mom and raise her three children, who meant the world to her. She was a selfless person who would do anything for family and friends. She cherished family gatherings, spending time at the beach and she never missed a single sporting event of her children.

Besides her parents, Tracy is survived by her devoted husband Richard F. Hennessy, Jr., loving children Richard F. Hennessy III (RJ), Kelly Lynn Hennessy and Madison Nicole Hennessy. She will be deeply missed by her dear brother Mark D'Amato, her in-laws, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A 10:30 a.m. funeral liturgy will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church, 105 Summer Road, Three Bridges, NJ on Wednesday, February 18. Entombment will follow at St. Magdalen Cemetery in Flemington. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tracy's name to Friends of Patients at the NIH, PO Box 340139, Bethesda, MD 20827.
