Tommy was born January 21, 1956, in Springfield, Massachusetts to Rosemary and Thomas Finn Sr. He was one of five children. His sisters affectionately called him "other brother". Tommy is survived by children Amy Biffel of Springtown, Texas; Shawn Ford of Fort Worth, Texas and Chad Finn of Westlake Louisiana. He leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Sister Kathy Cobos of Sanger, Texas; brother Edward Finn of Fort Worth, Texas and Michael Finn of Flat, Texas.
