Age 66 of Pittsburgh, on Sun. September 21, 2008. Beloved father of Robin (Michael) Killeen and Brian (Amy). Grandfather of Erin, Nicholas, Brian Jr., Tianna, Kaylee and Azalynn. Son of Olga (Kasnot) and the late Charles. Friends received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the VALERIAN F. SZAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 238 Helen St., McKees Rocks where a Funeral Service will be held on Thurs. 11 am. Officiated by Rev. Thomas Soroka.

I worked with Tom at Steel City Sports/Score Pittsburgh in the mid-1970s. He was our artist and graphic designer, and his talents made our publication stand out on the newsstands. Tom was a friend to everyone in the office, and I consider myself fortunate to have worked with him for those two years. God bless Tom, and my condolences to his family.

I was shocked to hear of your passing from Rich Feller yesterday. I'm glad we had the chance to talk for an hour last month when I called to wish you a happy birthday. I looked forward to spending time with you when I was back there next year, but now I'll have to wait and join you in the future. Godspeed my friend and rest in peace.

Tom and I have been friends for over 60 plus years going all the way back to the McKees Rocks "Bottoms" (pre-school). Through the years we both shared our love for sports. We went to many a Steeler and Penguins game.
Carol and I offer Olga and the rest of Tom's family our most sincere sympathies. Our prayers are with you all.
Tom was great friend and will truly be missed.
