Thomas Wagner Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 16, 2025.
Tom Wagner, 82, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025, in Rancho Cordova, California. Born on April 24, 1943, in Stockton, Tom lived a life grounded in love, hard work, and quiet joy.

He grew up in Stockton and graduated from A.A. Stagg High School. Not long after marrying Sandra, Tom began his career at Ad-Art as an apprentice in layout and design. When the company closed, he transitioned into a new chapter as a commercial truck driver with OrePac, where he worked until he retired due to an injury. Tom took great pride in his work and always strove to provide for those he loved.

Tom was happiest when outdoors-fishing and golfing were his favorite pastimes, and he found great peace in both. He was a man of simple pleasures, strong values, and a deep love for his family.

He is survived by his wife, Carla; ex-wife, Sandra; his children, Tom (Linda) and Tonya (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Thomas, Deardra, Heather, Allison, and Connor. He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren, Adyson, Tommy, Joseph, Dallas, Nathan, Bobbi, Charlotte, Rory, and Scottie. Tom is lovingly remembered by his brother Ron and his sister Janie.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Helena; his siblings Margarete, Ann, Bill, Ed, and Kenny; and his son, Todd.

Tom's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered always.
