Young Thomas E., 1/2/31 9/15/02, died in Scottsdale, AZ surrounded by loved ones. He was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather whose sense of humor touched all that he knew. Born in Minneapolis, a 1948 graduate of De LaSalle High School, and St. Thomas College in 1952. Served in the Air Force 1952-1954. He worked 35 years in sales for Williams Steel & Hardware, retiring in 1989. He enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing, work and games of chance. He will be sadly missed by all whose lives he touched. Survived by wife, Dolores (Dodie); children, Thomas R. (Amy), Therese (Richard Pietrzak), Joseph (Lisa), Michael (Erica), Anna (Steven Wold), Amy (Michael Hogan), Jennier (L. Earl Cutter); and 12 grandchildren; extended family, Sue & Ian Drummond, Nancy & Tony Spigarelli, Kathleen & Peter Somers, Jill & Ted Riverso, Janet & Tom Becker and their 16 children. Also survived by sister, Mary Ruff; and mother-in-law, Loretta Pelletier. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas E. Sr. and Eleanor. Funeral and Burial in Scottsdale on 9/20/02. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Friends of the Orphans, P.O. Box 25507, Tempe, AZ 85285 or Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ, 85014.

I wanted to write and say I am sorry and hope you all are doing well I remember your dad as being a funny, nice, kind, tall Man. I wanted to let you know that I am going to mass the week of sept 26th every day and Pray for the young family and orphands around the world.
