Tommie Lucas Obituary
Tommie was known for his generosity, patience, mentorship, and humor. He worked for almost 20 years as a knife designer at Kai USA where his genius and skill impacted millions of cooks and pocket knife enthusiasts across the globe.
His legacy, exemplified by his friendship, music, and creativity, will forever reside in our hearts. As we grapple with the loss of his physical presence, we find solace in knowing that his spirit lives on through his craft and the love he shared with each of us.
He is survived by his wife Julie (Yeazell) Lucas, mother Linda Reynolds, father Tommie Lucas Sr., brother Wesley Lucas, niece Michaela, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you plant a native tree or make a donation to one of Tommie's favorite organizations.
