WILLMS, Walt (Ed) With broken hearts we share the passing of Walt after a brief but courageous battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis on January 1, 2011, at the age of 52 years. Walt was surrounded by his beloved fiance Deb Johnson, his cherished children Alicia, Matthew and Sydney, father Walter and his wife Jean. Dearest son to the late Maxine (1997). Dear brother to the late David (1990), Charles, Albert (Red), Michael, Mary, Bonnie, Delores, Kathryn. Walt will be missed by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Very special uncle to Michael and Kelly. Also loved by Deb's parents Barney and Marlene Benoit. Long-time employee of the Greater Essex County District School Board. Many special thanks to Arlene and Dirk for their kindness, compassion during this difficult time. Many thanks to Dr. Malus and the whole ICU Team of 3R Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital for their dedicated and gentle care of Walt.
