Walt & Joyce were one of the most wonderful, loving couples we have ever encountered. Losing Joyce was hard on everybody, especially Walt. Losing Walt is just as hard. They were, for us, the model of what a married couple should be. We feel awful that we cannot be physically present for the wake or funeral, having a prior commitment at our church, but Walt and Joyce are both in our prayers.

Deepest sympathies to the family for your loss. We will miss him. Walt lived his life helping others. I hope some of that rubbed off on me. He was such a positive influence on people. I am sure he is walking hand in hand with Joyce now in the Lord's presence.

Our deepest sympathy to Walt's family. He was a wonderful person, kind & giving! We were blessed to have been on many Marriage Encounter (ME) week-ends with him & Joyce and always enjoyed their warmth & were inspired by their devotion to each other, to God, and to ME.
Our prayers are with Walt & his family.

So sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of him from years ago. He was always patient and kind to my kids. Especially, when showing his electric train to Cody at Christmas time. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless

Our family was very blessed to know such a wonderful man. Both kind and compassionate. never judged. Made everyone happy in whatever way he could. We kinda adopted him as a dad and grandpa because he just made it that easy.we will miss him terribly. The silver lining is he can be with Joyce. And we know he's not suffering. Prayers to the family. And and extra prayer to Ruth and mike for all they have done the last 4 years.

My deepest sympathies to the entire family. Your dad was such a wonderful man, always smiling and kind. I always loved listening to him lector at mass and looked forward to bowling with him. I hope you find comfort knowing that he has been reunited with your mom in God's heavenly kingdom. R.I.P. Walt

Walt, along with his beloved wife Joyce, were the best examples of Marriage Encounter couple love for many years, as well as the trusted servants who always made supplies and literature available to the entire WWME community. We always looked to them as role models. The void their passing has left can never be filled, but we feel blessed to have known them. We rejoice through our sadness that Walt is now with his beloved Savior and reunited with the heart that, with his, beat as one.
